I listen often on my daily commute

Too bad the other reviewers thought the CDs were different from the book. I bought them because I wanted to listen to the same material while I drive to work and back each day. The material is outstanding -- some of the very best I have every heard or read on the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and everyday experiences. I listen to these CD's often to help me retrain myself to dwell on thoughts that feel good instead of getting into negative loops. Changing our habitual thought patterns is challenging, but it is quite possible. Hope you enjoy them as much as I am!

I really liked this CD set my only complaint was it was the same as Ask and it is Given part 1 except on CD. I think that needs to be made clear to the reader. I thought I was getting something new.
